Fair Housing Compliance
Last updated: October 2025
Alldors fully supports the principles of the federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) and comparable state and local laws. Our goal is to help real estate professionals market properties responsibly and inclusively.
Equal Housing Statement
We do not allow content that suggests or results in discrimination or preference on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
AI Outputs & Your Responsibilities
Alldors generates draft descriptions that you can edit. Because housing laws are complex and jurisdiction-specific, you must review all outputs before publishing. You agree to:
- Remove any language that could be interpreted as discriminatory.
- Avoid phrases tied to protected classes (e.g., “ideal for singles,” “no children,” “Christian neighborhood,” “able-bodied only”).
- Focus on property features and objective facts (e.g., “3 bed / 2 bath, 1,650 sq ft, renovated kitchen,” etc.).
- Use neutral, inclusive phrasing that welcomes all qualified applicants.
Examples of Problematic Language
- Avoid: “Perfect for young professionals,” “No kids,” “Safe for women only,” “Walk to church,” “English speakers only.”
- Use Instead: “Close to transit,” “Quiet building,” “Near shops & dining,” “Primary suite on main,” “In-unit laundry.”
Reporting & Improvements
If you notice any output that may conflict with Fair Housing principles, please contact us at info@alldors.com. We continuously improve our prompts and filters to reduce risk and promote inclusive marketing.
