1. Overview

Alldors provides software tools that help real estate professionals create and manage listing descriptions and related marketing content. You’re responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with applicable laws, MLS rules, association rules, and third-party terms (e.g., Google, Stripe).

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include:

  • Violating any law, Fair Housing rule, or MLS policy;
  • Attempting to access or export data that you do not have permission to access;
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits;
  • Uploading malicious code or content that is defamatory, deceptive, or harmful.

4. Content & AI Outputs

The Service can generate draft text and suggestions. These outputs are for informational and marketing purposes only and are provided “as is.” You must review, edit, and approve all outputs before use. Alldors does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or compliance, and disclaims all liability for your reliance on outputs.

5. Plans, Payments, & Billing

Paid features may be offered via subscription or usage-based billing. By subscribing, you authorize Alldors (and its payment processor) to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your billing portal.

6. Third-Party Services

Alldors integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google, Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Alldors is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their availability or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Alldors and its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that risks harm to Alldors or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
